Hi!
I have updated (bug fixes) the BestMatchQualifier code snippet:
"Custom qualifier to match objects which for a given attribute show the
value closest to a specified limit. E.g. the latest effect date before
today."

P.S.: This code relies on the "Support methods for custom qualifiers"
code snippet which has also been updated.
