Mark:
I believe you can model this by checking that person.idForOrder <> nil,
while specifying the option fetch distinct.

I have a person object and each person can have 0 or more orders.
Some person objects will not have any orders. I am trying to use
EOModeler to create a fetch specification that will pull all of the
person objects with 1 or more orders. However in the qualifier
section of EOModeler I can't seem to find a way to tell it to count
the number of orders that a person has. I tried using @count, but the
@ symbol appears to be reserved to pass in parameters to the query.
Is there a way to do this from EOModeler or do I need to build these
types of fetch specs manually?
Thanks!
Mark
