Dear WO Colleagues,
If someone is new to WO/java/Project WOnder and you are reluctant to
download the sources from CVS and compile them because of "how to do
it" and "I don't have time to figure out how to do it", then I have a
step by step instruction for OS X users here.
http://homepage.mac.com/kelleherk/iblog/C183784902/E1851653685/
index.html
Try it.... it won't hurt anything and it will only take 5 minutes to
give you access to all the source projects (very educational and useful
to get deeper understanding than API docs provide) plus you will have
fully compiled binaries.
If you have never downloaded Project Wonder and/or compiled the latest
source and you really want to take advantage of the enormous wealth of
functionality in Project Wonder, then just take 5 minutes today and try
it! It really, really, really is a great resource.
Regards, Kieran
PS. Feedback on the instructions are welcome if they are inadequate or
unclear!

Hi Koun,
no problem. I realize we are very lenient concerning releases and
should make releases more often. However, the download page at SF
doesn't allow you to automate this in a reasonable matter and also you
can't pull releases once they are online. So I just don't want the
hassle, as we have our own tags and releases anyway. If y *lot* of
people are interested in binary releases, I might put some work into
it, but right now I don't see the benefit.

Hello,
I'm sorry but I though the plugin was abandoned as the home page on
sourceforge wasn't updated. And I was not looking at the cvs
repository.
Again, all my apologizes.

Hi Koun,
You're not hosting "updated source", you're holding your private
patches to an outdated version of the PG plugin in Wonder (which
*is* pretty actively maintained and *has* quite a lot of bugfixes
contrary to what you suggest in your message). Whereas the license
allows for it to do what you pretty much please, I'd greatly
appreciate if people would contribute patches and not spread old
source with their own bits added to it.
Cheers, Anjo
I'm maintaining updated source of postgresql plugin.
It is based on the project wonder plugin, but actively
maintained and
has been updated to add many bugs fix.
We plan to post the source on our new website. But we are
actually
under heavy reorganization.
If you want, I can unofficially send the source to you, I'll
just ask
you to tell us of any bug fix we can add to our repository.
Regards
Kuon
