Why is it so?
If you didn't upgrade an existing WO 5.2 installation, then the class file templates may be missing from /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/EOModelWizard.framework/Resources for new WO 5.3 installations. If you have access to a WO 5.2 (or probably earlier) installation, copy EOClientJavaClass.template, EOImplementationFile.template, EOInterfaceFile.template, and EOJavaClass.template from /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/EOModelWizard.framework/Resources and place them in your WO 5.3 installation.
