The button-filled toolbar was removed from WOB because it looked
out of place on the platform. We're
currently working on improving / replacing it / adding something
new to address the workflow issues.
If you have really strong feelings about what you'd LIKE to see,
please drop me a line, or file a radar

Just make all those buttons available when one wants to customize one's
toolbar. And remake the buttons... So, defaults will look nice and
fitting and in line with the platform (although Tiger looks a bit
strange and inconsistent itself), and the users can have all the
buttons they want or not. In the way they want or not. So, if it looks
crappy, it is their own fault. :)
