You might want to take a look at Apple's usual developer documentation
and the Jakarta website, this could help quite a bit more than sobbing
in public.

You might as well consider contributing your fantastic alarm sounds
from your MissionControl.woa - maybe Apple would appreciate it (so
that at least _someone_ appreciated it ;-)
