For those as forgetful as I can be, settings in Properties are
likely to endure to deployment where they might not be ideal.
Instead, I put deployment settings in Properties and override them
during development with launch arguments. Then if I forget a launch
argument, development breaks which isn't nearly as traumatic since
development is just a series of breaks and fixes anyway :-)
