error starting up wotaskd

Hi,
I'm trying to start up webobjects on Mac OS x server 10.4.2 but it
doesn't seem to start up properly. I'm seeing the following error in
the var/log/system.log file:
launchd: com.webobjects.wotaskd: will restart in 10 seconds
Jul 27 15:20:46 launchd: com.webobjects.wotaskd: exited with exit
code: 1
Jul 27 15:20:46 launchd: com.webobjects.wotaskd: respawning too
quickly! throttling
Jul 27 15:20:46 launchd: com.webobjects.wotaskd: 2 more failures
without living at least 60 seconds will cause job removal
Jul 27 15:20:46 launchd: com.webobjects.wotaskd: will restart in 10

What does this mean??
JavaMonitor starts up OK however.
