thanks Owen, I think that did the trick because now I have a different error :)

It finds it from the classpath.txt inside you App's .woa file ( or directory as is really the case).
That being side you need to place it in C:\Apple\Local\Library\Frameworks ( you will probably have to make this Directory yourself ).
