WO 5.3 stand-alone deployment

Hi,

I'm new to WO. I've seen messages from early June in the archives relating to 5.3 deployment on platforms other than OS X Server. Is it any clearer now? The 5.3 product page (http://www.apple.com/ webobjects/specs.html) says I can deploy on an J2SE platform, and that there's a low-cost license. I've also heard that I can only deploy on OS X Server - I was hoping to deploy on Linux.
