error building to the deployment configuration

I get an error building to the deployment configuration. Development works fine, however. I get the error when "building target "Web Server" and more specifically the cause is " /bin/mkdir -p /Users/t6p/Projects/Elog/build/Deployment/_WOClientLogbook.tmp

mkdir: /Users/t6p/Projects/Elog/build/Deployment/_WOClientLogbook.tmp: Too many levels of symbolic links"

Does anyone have a workaround for this bug? I get the error with both old and new projects.
