Hi list!
I'm very new to webobjects so please excuse me if I'm harping on
about something that's been answered elsewhere (if it has then please
point me at it!).
I am trying to integrate a Java Client application (using webstart)
with the rest of regular webobjects direct-to-web application. What
I'm looking to do is supply a link in one of the regular components
that will launch the java client webstart application. But I can't
seem to do it!
I've got the java client component into my project, and all compiling
and building nicely but the html page for the java client component
is blank (probably ok since this is what the wizard created?) but I
just can't seem to fathom how to initiate the java client component!
Any advice/help is much appreciated!
On a separate note, I am using XCode 2 and WebObjects 5.2.4 - anyone
know of any good books that would help in putting together my
webobjects apps? I find the tutorials online good enough for getting
going but when I hit issues like the one I mentioned above I seem to
get thoroughly stumped for good online material - hopefully a book
would be more help?
