Actually I think that's what I usually do, if you mean copying the
built .woa file to the server. I must be a bad man.
Another question: If I upgrade to Xcode 2.1 ad WO Development 5.3,
should I create a fresh project and copy my code and resources to it,
or can I just use the the project, but upgraded to the .xcodeproj. Or
is this process in the release notes somewhere?

The xcode project file changes in Xcode 2.1 (it's now called
*project*.xcodeproj). When opening an older project Xcode will
prompt you to create a new .xcodeproj file and save it.
This means you will probably not be able to build your WO 5.3
project on your server running WO 5.2.3 (and copying the built
project from your Tiger machine to the server is just too scary for
me to contemplate).
