I get the very same error with deployment building. It doesn't seem to matter whether it is a new project or an old project or whether it is a plain WO application or a servlet build. Even the simplest "Hello, World" application fails to build in deployment mode.

Has anyone successfully built a WO application in deployment mode?

Hi

Has anyone started using XCode 2.1

I just revved it up this morning and just tried to run a standard app
( newly created with no added code ) and I get this error instantly:

This is setting for deployment -

Mkdir /Users/ginop/Desktop/test/ATest/build/Deployment/
_WOServerATest.tmp
     /bin/mkdir -p /Users/ginop/Desktop/test/ATest/build/Deployment/
_WOServerATest.tmp
mkdir: /Users/ginop/Desktop/test/ATest/build/Deployment/
_WOServerATest.tmp: Too many levels of symbolic links
