Code sense w/ frameworks

Can anyone point me to documentation that shows how to index my own
frameworks for use in Code Sense?  One example is my Axis 1.2
libraries that I created a framework wrapper for my WebObjects apps.

How do I get XCOde 2.1 to index those jar files?
