Also, make sure the component is still actually there. There's a
known bug where WOBuilder will destroy the data in the component if
you've changed your default encoding in preferences.

... sounds like a problem I had. Try removing
"com.apple.WebObjectsBuilder.plist" from the ~/Library/Preferences
directory and try again.
ALSO, don't delete the file
"com.apple.WebObjectsBuilder.plist" (just move it to the desktop,
or somewhere) because if it is the culprit, I'd like Applew to get
a copy of it -- I deleted mine so Apple can't reproduce the
problem. If it IS the problem, and you send me a copy, I'll add
it to my bug report.
