I just discovered a workaround and that is when it says "upgrade a
copy" on launch, rename the file to something else, then go in and
delete the old file and put the new file.
XCode still doesn't appear to bulid anything resembling a serlvet
deployment (i.e., no web-inf or anything like that) so I'm not sure
it's even working at all. I have to go and read the docs on how to
deploy as a servlet.
