d2w custom images issue

I used ERDirectToWeb.framework with my project and I added a few .gif images to the framework. Locally, in a build the images appear and work fine. I sent the images to the server's ERDirectToWeb.framework folder and then loaded an ran the app there. The images do not load; instead '?' replace the images.

Any pointers on how to get these images to properly load? Please advise, thank you.
