I'm learning by doing and, it seems, the most basic stuff is not generally documented. I'm assuming these are arguments that are set under Project->Edit Active Executable as opposed to Properties found in the Resources folder. Is that correct?

That's right.

And if you're deploying, then you'd add them as arguments to JavaMonitor.
