Run session cancelled: No launchable executable to run

I made some changes on my site yesterday, it ran fine. Then I changed it to "Deployment" style, and it no longer runs the app. Instead, I get this message:

Run session cancelled: No launchable executable to run

I have no idea what this means, or why it is showing up now. I am using WO 5.2 and XCode 1.5 on OS X 10.3

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
