Can't load Application class (again)

Hi,
As before I've checked the archives for my problem and the solution was
to read the release notes for WO 1.5 which I've done. However I've
tried doing what this suggests (dragging java files around the place)
but still the message:
Can't load Application class, exiting...
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Application
etc
appears in the run log.
The release notes don't refer to what I'm doing, trying to build the
example WebObjects Application out of the manual. It's a bit of a
bugger when you're learning a new thing and you fall even before you
get to the first hurdle...
Can anybody help me please?
