Forget about this being related to your problem. {add/remove}Object{To/From}BothSidesOfRelationshipWithKey() works correctly with both unidirectional and bidirectional relationships. In fact, these methods should always be used so that any addition to or removal from a pair of inverse relationships in one's eomodel won't require any Java coding changes.
