WO JavaCocoa

Hi all....

Does anybody have any experience with writing WO Cocoa desktop apps that tap into an online database?
Any thoughts on Java implementation of Cocoa in general?
Thoughts on EOF behavior in such conditions?
Pros and cons (I am aware of it being OSX only)?
Alternatives (if I don't want to have an html WO app, and don't want to use swing)?

Thanks
Florijan
