I'm running Tiger Server. Just starting off afresh on WO after
abandoning learning for several months due to testing Tiger. Tiger
Server is my workstation installation so I use it for development.

The Development and Deployment updates are mutually exclusive. I'm
wondering what is going to happen when I install WO 5 on Tiger. In
the past it has given me the (unlimited) deployment license in
license key dialog, but I'm not sure what's going happen here. On
Server should I still install the Development tools and then the
Development update since I'm using this as a nonproduction
development environment rather than really deploying them for
production? Curious before I start playing.

Surprise! :-) Before anyone asks, 5.2.4 requires OS X Tiger (or

No, WebObjects 5.2.4 requires Tiger. It won't install on Panther.
Period.
