Javadoc only answers a question if you know what you're looking for. I
specifically was not talking about a reference, but rather an intro. Like
a "why would I want this?" sort of thing. And javadoc's not the place for
that.

In other words, an overview that gives context to the javadoc.

Unfortunately, especially with WO, there's a dearth of good "why I'd want
this" material.
