I encountered this also, I filed Bug <4114605> a week ago.

Since upgrading to 5.2.4, WOBuilder is not displaying any images for
me. This was working fine in 5.2.3.

My images are not in my project, they are served from my machine's
Web Server.

I use absolute paths in my components.

When I build and launch, all images display properly.

In WOBuilder, I have 'Fetch Remote URL Data via HTTP' checked and
images ARE NOT set to display as tags (if I change this, they display
as tags).

Any ideas? Anyone else have this problem?
