What you are describing is just how the two browsers work.

What do you mean by "session's page"?  Session's don't have a page.

Is there an exception in your app log?  Does the request get to the
application (can you see it in Application.dispatchRequest())?

That looks like the main page of the application.

Safari displays the last page without fail.
