missing classes

I'm missing classes in a framework in development mode. My application that
uses the framework logs on startup:

WOBundle.lookForClassInAllBundles(BAEMenuFrame) failed!

and

<com.webobjects.appserver._private.WOComponentDefinition> WARNING: Unable to
find component class named "BAEMenuFrame". If this is not intended to be a
classless component, check your framework settings and the contents of your
classpath file (in the .woa's Contents/<PLATFORM_NAME> subdirectory).

the framework is build correctly, the access paths seem to be okay (into the
build directory of the framework).
it has worked for the last year :-)

what project settings are to check?

if someone recommends updating to wo 5.2.4: can i deploy a 5.2.4 woapp on
Xserve 10.3.9 without any problem?
i have some more problems with xcode since i updated to mac osx 10.4.1, i.e.
non responding xcode when terminating debugger etc.

Thanks
Wolfram
