How about use target?
Expand target in your project, then expand aggregation target. You
will see some build phases. Control+click last phase to show sub
menu. Choose menu item "add" -> "add new build phase" -> "add new
shell script build phase". Then, a panel will be shown up. You can
write your command into the panel.
