Newbie: WOComponent doesn't appear

Newbie question while I'm learning WO 5.2:

I created a component, and I want to make a link back to it from another component. Any idea why this component might not be listed as a page that can be returned when I "Add Action" in WOBuilder? All my other components appear, just not this one. Anything I should be looking for?
