Streaming Server Playlist???

I have a client I am working for and want to know if DSS or QTSS supports playlisting of files. I want to make a playlist of anywhere from 1 to 12 videos for each client. I also want them to be able to remotely change them. These clients are all on windows xp media center edition pcs not macs. Is this possible. I was thinking about using webobjects to write the playlists if possible.
