Is there anyway to control what user JavaMonitor runs as?

On 10.3 and 10.4 it runs as appserver.
I read a suggestion that if i change the owner of the following 2 files to System, javamonitor will run as root:

/System/Library/WebObjects/JavaApplications/wotaskd.woa/wotaskd
and
System/Library/WebObjects/JavaApplications/wotaskd.woa/Contents/ Resources/javawoservice.sh

This is for 10.3, not 10.4
I did, and it worked, but now i cannot seem to change it back.
I would like to change it back to any user but root.
Does anyone know how to manipulate what user javamonitor runs as?

Also, on 10.4, can javamonitor run as anything but appserver?
