Using WO frameworks on Windows

  • Subject: Using WO frameworks on Windows

Good afternoon all.

I now need to deploy my solutions on Windows *wipes tears from face* and I'm finding it somewhat hard to adjust.
The largest problem I have is that I have several frameworks, all in use by several apps. If I want to upgrade any of these frameworks, I have to turn off each and every WO App on the server, otherwise I can't replace the frameworks (i get an "In use by another application" message). Is there any way to get around this? It is terrible having to shut down a dozen mission critical apps, just to upgrade one of them.

Workarounds, anyone?

Cheers,
- Hugi
