Hi!

As far as we can understand, WO 5.3.1 is 100% free. The development license is free (and Mac OS X only) and the deployment too (any platform). I still don't know how to deploy on anything else than Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server, but if you can do it, it's legal! :)

Note that this is only true on 5.3.1. All the past versions (including 5.3) require you to buy a deployment license per server (not per app).
