Thanks for all everyone's help with this. Much appreciated.

I'm looking at other ways of generating reports (Project Wonder) so I don't end up writing too much repetitive stuff.

I always worry about Project Wonder stuff - I've had it all working, but never know whether a PW version "trumps" an Apple version of something. For example, the Extensions stuff - the Project Wonder website never seems to be updated, and so I never know which version to choose!
