More details good. :-) Where in Session? In the constructor? Someplace else? What, exactly, is not working? Are you getting an exception? A null return value? It _should_ work.

In the regular WOComponent class, i'm using
        WOResourceManager rm = this.application().resourceManager();
and in Session.java it wouldn't work.

I looked at the documentation, but it's more towards what I can do with it than just how to call it:(
