Hallo,
1. Does someone know a quck way how to make safari print only the screen, but not the title, Url, ect?

No idea.

2. Is it true that one can make the session id invisible to the user in the url and nevertheless use the url for the session id (not cookies?). Someone told me so. If yes, how?

No. You have two choices. The session ID goes in the URL. The session ID goes in a cookie. http does not allow for any alternatives unless everything is a form in which case you could use a hidden form value and do a post.
