This has happend to me before. The last time it
happend, the following worked:

Quit xCode.
Run activity monitor (/Applications/Utilities/).
Search for "java" to find java processes that are
still runing.
Select one and hit quit process.
Repeat until all java processes have been terminated.
Run xCode.
Build / Run project as usual.

(There's probably a better unixy way to do this)
