Client- and server-side classes?

  • Subject: Client- and server-side classes?
  • From: Ian Joyner <email@hidden>

Maybe my brain isn't functioning today, or I'm just looking at things in different ways. However, it has suddenly occurred to me that EOModeler and EOGenerator both seem to emphasize the generation of server-side classes with the client side being almost an afterthought. However, I do all my changes on the client-side classes and rarely touch the server side.

Is it legitimate to leave the server-side class as EOGenericRecord and only generate the classes for the client side?

Thanks
Ian Joyner
