No.

I have downloaded Xcode 2.1 with the WebObjects package but 5.3 doesn’t seem to be included.


It should be... the dmg file is about 752 Mb. Did it download properly?

Do I still have to buy 5.3?

5.3 is not for sale... however the deployment licence is bundled with Mac OS X Server.
