If I'm right, you will find another pair of those applications in:

The old location was, if I recall correctly, just:
/Developer/Applications/
where WOBuilder etc, were in the same directory as Xcode. Now
they have their own directory. [This bug was filed with Apple
mid-year #4145906]
There was no /Developer/Applications/WebObjects/ directory, and
WOBuilder/EOModeler wasn't in /Developer/Applications/.
The old apps are in /Previous Systems/Previous System
1//Developer/Applications/ (I'd done an archive/install of Tiger
client).
I was forced to install 5.3 (trying to install 5.2.4 didn't work.)
After installing 5.3 the old EOModeler is launching ok, though the old
WOBuider does not.
The old WOBuilder requires a framework from a 10.3 version (or maybe
WO 5.2, not really sure). The framework is
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/HTMLEditing.framework
Make a back up of the one you have now, replace it with an older
version, and WOBuilder will work as (poorly) as it ever did. I've
been advised by someone at Apple that this is _strongly not advised_
but I have not noticed any problems and have been running like this
for a few months now.
