That's incorrect. DTS incidents may be used for WebObjects Developer
questions, regardless of what country you're in (although questions must be
in English or Japanese). If you have a Deployment question, you will need
one of the OS X Server support plans (Select, Preferred, or Alliance) -- or
a support plan from Apple Professional Services (see URL in my sig).
