Hi!

Is there any page (at apple or not) that explains how to use the API... menu item on the WebObject Builder? I want to build a reusable component with bindings to be used by the other components that use main. I defined a binding, but I do not understand how do I use it...

Hi Miguel,

I thought it was pretty simple. You hit the puzzle piece icon and then you can say if your binding is required or not. You can also say whether the binding will be set (but I don't know what that affects). Finally on the validation tab you can say what rules, if any, apply to the bindings.

For example, on the second tab I have a rule that says "you can bind X or you can bind Y but you can't bind both".
