A coupla things:
1. We need more information than that. Although, first guess is an
optimisitc locking failure.
2. Dump the hexdreams plugin and use the Project Wonder one. I bet
your problem instantly goes away.

And I am able to both select and add rows without
difficulty. Any direction here would be greatly
appreciated.
