Mike,

I'm pleased you have done what is currently there. Getting the structure up is a major encouragement for people to fill in the gaps.

Would be interesting to see the spaces fill up with the knowledge that is contained by the people in this discussion group. May be a dent to sales of Chuck's book though :-o
