I don't think it makes much difference what merchant account you use
for WO. I know there is a PayPal module in Project Wonder, and maybe
some other stuff there too. Most of the merchant accounts I've used
were simply a form submission over SSL. Some have Java APIs, which
should integrate into WO without too much difficulty.
For SSL POST transactions I use the Apache Commons HttpClient from
the Jakarta project, which seems to work great. It is very easy to
use, and has decent online documentation to get you started.

Some accounts may use web services. I don't have any experience with
those, but that shouldn't be a problem for WO either.
I would say, " Choose your merchant account based on their merits,
not on how they may integrate with WO." I think you'll find a way to
work with just about anything they may throw at you.
Others on the list may disagree...so please correct me if I'm off-
base here.

Can anyone give me an advice about what's the best merchat account for
WebObjects?
