I have checked my Oracle based application and:

1. url:
jdbc:oracle:thin:@<ora_host>:<port>:<db_name>

2. dirver:
oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

As far as I remember I had some troubles with common oracle driver - that's why I'm using 'thin' one ;-)

Please check it with such credentials - it should be ok :)
