WebObjects Remote Management

I am looking to remotely manage the computers, and services, on my work network at home. I was wondering if there was a pre-existing WebObjects framework I can use. I am looking to manage users, control server processes and routing structures, and remotely control the servers via the WebObjects application.
If this could be carried out would the Application Server have to be running under the root (wheel) group? I would think so because of the file permissions associated with the editing of configuration files, as well as command line execution through the web.
Here is a list of services I would be editing: Jabber, DNS, DHCP, MySQL, Apache, JBOSS, Oracle, and OpenLDAP. I also require adding Web Based front-ends to control, view, and modify database tables and structures, simple enough through JDBC and JNDI I believe.
