So it seems that the perfect setup is 10.4x. with WO 5.31, XCode 2.2, the old EOModeler for development and 10.4x with WO 5.2.4 for deployment ? Well.

AFAIK, you need WO 5.3 for XCode 2.2. You might as well go to the latest releases which, so far, seem pretty stable
OS X 10.4.5 / Java 1.4.2_09 / WO 5.3.1 / XCode v2.2.1

And don't forget to edit your XCode preferences to use EOModeler for ".eomodeld" files.

We are planning our upgrade from OS X 10.3/WO 5.2.3/XCode 1.5 to OS X 10.4/WO 5.2.4/XCode 2.2 and we always get this error when we import a project on our test server :

	Internal Error

	Method : build settings
Don't invoke this method when build configurations are enabled

Is there a way to fix this ?

I don't want to use XCode 2.0 because I did this upgrade at home, and XCode 2.0 is not stable with EOModeler and WOBuilder.
