WOBuilder 5.3.1

Is it just me or is the new WOBuilder 5.3.1 totally flaky when it comes to GUI behaviour and element selection? Have other noticed this? .... Before I do bug report, is there some fix like "defaults write com.apple ....blah, blah" to blow away preferences or something? .... WOBuilder may look prettier, but it has gone backwards in terms of productivity :-(
